On a recent move in cleaning, I really impressed the customer by cleaning the Microwave Filter, then showng the customer how to do access the filter. Almost all new ranges come with filters now. Have you cleaned yours lately? On units with a front grill, there is an air filter located behind the grill. Remove the grill and filter. Wash the filter in a solution of mild soap and warm water. Allow to air dry and then replace the grill on the microwave. Clean it at least once a month or more, depending on the conditions of usewww.allfoodbusiness.com/Maintaining_your_microwave.php
