I am not very sure about the bricks on pressure washing inside coz you have not explained the facility situation if its a warehouse floors tiled or concrete or are there any drains that are present. Usually Inside building or house cleaning of walls ,ceilings ,or totally general cleans are similar like Fire Damage Clean-Ups. To eliminate smells from dry walls is we de-fog the whole area with sporicidin and or unsmoke chemicals.then we wipe down the walls and ceilings using chem sponges. charging them by square footage of odor elimination. That is also considered Restoration. Tell mem more about the Facility Area

ok , it is an old mill turned into a apartment building , they had a heavy smoker that lived there as well as a water pipe break . they had another company come in to take care of the restoration and had them come back 4 times because they didnt get it done the way they wanted. they want to get as much of the smoke smell and mold smell out as possible. the walls are all brick, I believe the other company already blasted the brick walls but i am not sure what if any chemical was used. So i guess my questions are . 1.) what is the best way to get smoke and mildew smell from brick.? 2.) what is the best way to get the smoke smell from the Wood ceilings.?
The other company they used is a big franchise company so i might have to pass on this one as far as being able to get the smell out but i would like to see if any of you might know a way we could do this without taking a course to work with acid.lol thanks.

1. Install 2 Air Scrubbers just nearly on both ends facing apart and run it for 5 days with 4 or 5 Air Movers generating proper airflow inside. 2. Defog whole Area after taking out air scrubbers with Sporicidin,Microban or Unsmoke Odor Eliminator.leave Premises for 4 Hours( Proper Mask Necxessary). 3. Coming Back Open all Windows and Ventilate Room before Starting Cleaning. 4.Install Dehumidifiers on strategic points and run air movers. 5.Start wiping walls with Chemsponge or best Natural sponge with Unsmoke Cleaner diluted in bucket down to walls and all furnitures including light bulbs, chandeliers ,etc. 6.Wipe down brick wall with cloth towel with Wall in All Cleaner and Install Dehumidifier infront and Air mover. 7.Run all equipments for 3 days.
Estimnated Cost including Equipment rentals if We have to do it would be $3-5 Thousand

Well I faxed our quote to them lastweek after i spoke with them again , they realized what needed to be done to properly clean and de-smell the apartment, but they didnt want us to do it too much $$$ . so they wanted us to quote just a regular wash and see what happens , of course that was not going to be the fix they would be hoping for. So we bid it as a regular deep clean and have not heard from them, and no return emails. I will toss this one in the " hey can you clean my 5 bedroom home for $20.00 pile " I have a feeling there will always be health issues with who ever lives there because they fixed the leaky underground pipe but i have a feeling they did not repair all the wood and such that was around it. i am pleased to say not my problem.lol
