I pretty much have the same question There is a friend of my sisters wanting a spring clean done on a home that I am going to guess is around 800 sq. ft. -1000 sq. ft. She wants walls washed, cabinets inside/out and windows included in the quote. 7 rooms very small. Not very many windows. I am thinking around $225.00 No garage. She lives an hour and a half from me. Can anyone help with the price on this one?? Thanks, Linda

If she wasn't so fr away I'd say $225 is too high for a home that small.

I let people choose from a list of services we offer and let them customize their own package. Linda 225.00 is way too cheap for an hour and a half drive plus doing all the inside cabinets, walls and windows even if it is a small home. The wall washing alone will take quite a bit of time unless you have the right equipment for wall washing. Patti

Ok without considering the drive time, would $350.00 be a fair price? This will be my first spring clean job so I am pretty well lost on how to price it. I am still waiting for more info on what she wants, but so far windows, walls, and cabinets are included.
Thanks, Linda
