I have a duplex I am cleaning next Friday which is 3 beds, 1 small bathroom, 1 medium-large sized kitchen, and a smaller-medium sized living room and I think an enclosed balcony as well. It is remodeled so there is a lot of dust. I quoted the guy $180 and thought if the dust is way more than I think it will be when I get there, then $200.
He seemed fine with $180 and didn't even try to talk me down. I told him it would be considered a move-in/out cleaning which I have priced as starting at $180 anyways.
I just don't want to overcharge or undercharge this one, but I assume $180 is going to be fine since he seemed fine with it. The place is going to be empty too.
I guess I am just looking for some advice?
Thanks, Nicole

Sounds good to me.
beings it was just remodeled, the dust from the work they did will be everywhere. Inside drawers,cabinets,shelving,woodwork,etc..... You don't wanna underprice these type of jobs because they can be so tedious with just cleaning the dust from remodeling. You'll be surprised how long it'll take just wiping the dust off things.

One of those things: Don`t try to talk yourself down on a price: If you both agreed on the price, you both agreed on the price.
