Got my third client thursday. She runs a tutoring business from home. When my assistant went to do the estimate, a parent came over and said she was about to start using M Maid. My new client tol her they sucked and she should use us. I lowered my initial clean a bit since she was plugging me to her clients even though she hadn't seen our work. She was very happy with the work friday and hopefully she'll bring in some more business. On average, what wold you charge for a 3/2 2200 sq ft home

Is this weekly or bi-weekly cleaning? In my area I would charge 90.00 for bi-weekly maintenance cleanings. Patti

I went $85 bi-weekly. Would weeklt what point does pricing changey be $80? Maybe I could sell her on weekly. At what point does pricing change? For example, what is the price difference between 1500 and 1600? Or 2000 and 2500 sq ft? Would the price change much for an extra 100 sq ft or 500 sq ft? Is that understandable?
