Hey everyone,
I just spoke to a lady about a one time thorough and I could really use some help on the pricing. This is my first thorough. She wants the same as an Initial with extras like...
6 Window blinds 12 Windows inside/outside Inside Refridgerator Inside Freezer Knik-Knaks dusted Walls spot cleaned (if needed)
This is a 2 bedroom manufactured home. No pets. I am thinking along the lines of $275.00 Does this sound fair?
Thanks, Linda

Linda I think that is a real good quote. I wouldn't go any lower though. Remember too that this is a small manufactured home and it could be real cluttered. I use to clean for an elderly couple with one of these type homes and it was so full and cluttered. So much stuff to move and clean under. I would say 275.00 to 300.00. Patti

Thanks Patti, I thought about that too. My mom lives in a manufactured home 2 bedroom and she is like the queen of pack rats Me and my sister clean her place all the time and I have seriously thought of hiring someone else to do it lol. She actually has things boxed up, because there is no where to put it I just dont know about her. Thanks again, Linda
