Hi all, What would you bid for this on both a monthly and bi-weekly basis? 2,000 sq ft 2 story home with 2 residents, no pets or kids 2 bed 2 bath 2 living room all hardwood floor In sunny (actually, quite rainy lately) Berzerkeley, Ca., so I got the bay area cost of living thing going for me. Or against me.  |

Bi-weekly $95-100
Monthly $125-135
Add a little extra for wood floors. That will take some extra time to do versus if you had to just vacuum carpet.

Thanks. I ended up bidding 125 for monthly and 100 for bi-weekly.
