140,000 sq foot final cleaning help

Hi everyone I need help this is my first Final Cleaning I was called my this company from no other than SERVICE MAGIC ;D yes I was shocked too but hear it is
140,000 sq ft three story freestanding building multi-tenant medical office building with about 70,000 sq ft of wax able floors
they also want to pressure wash exterior walk ways drop pads and cast stone building perimeter

I'm thinking 35K that includes the waxing I not sure of the power washing and I’m even thinking of Sub ing out the floor that’s just to much for us during the summer I have three 4days to dead line I going nuts trying to but this together

You think your going nuts now, just imagine how you will be if you get the bid. You do not have near enough specs for anyone to be much of help .
