Did only my second walkthrough today. Very nice 3,000sqft home.
3BD
2 full BA, 1 half BA
living room carpet/hardwood (only dust mopping, maybe more)
reading room carpet
window sills
baseboards
maybe inside of oven/frige
no pets, 2 occupants
It seems to be in good shape already. He said his wife is going back to work and they need some help for 4-5 weeks. So it would be an initial clean and then 4-5 weeklies.
Any help? Thanks.

No one? Gotta call back tomorrow. I thought maybe somwhere between 150-160 for the initial.

I would definately charge more for this one if you are doing inside fridge and oven. We charge 25.00 each just for these two services. Also initials take awhile to clean. We hand clean all baseboards, doors, all wall hangings etc. on initials.

I would charge $20 or $25 for fridge, depending on how much stuff is to move and how dirty.
So what do you think for the initial? 180-200? How much for the weekly then? They really keep it clean. Maybe 80-90?

I would charge around $250.00 if you are doing the oven/fridge and at least $200.00 if you are not doing the oven/fridge. For weekly I would charge around $100.00
Actually I would charge $250.00 even if I didnt do the oven/fridge Thats a pretty big house.

You are right. After going through everything and thinking about it, I should charge at least $200. He also wants me to do some woodden blinds and high (I mean high) ceiling fans. Plus there's tile and chrome.
