Hi, I am very new to this site and forum. I am just getting into Residential cleaning. I need to quote on bi-weekly cleaning for a 5 bed 5 bath home lake home. Basically clean people but they have a labrador dog.
What do you think for initial and also every other week cleaning rates? How many hours would maintenance cleaning take?

Not sure of square footage. There is carpet upstairs, and carpet in basement which has one of the bedrooms, bathrooms and a family room. Hardwood in most of the main floor--which she currently cleans herself and used water with vinegar to clean. Baths are tile and linoleum. I assume I would price windows separately.

Debbie It depends on where you are located. Around here for a 5 bedroom, 5 bath home the initial would run 250.00 and up and bi-weekly at around 175.00. You should price the windows separately. Patti

Thanks you. I am in Wisconsin in a resort town where a lot of the big city folks come for the summer months. Unfortunately a lot of my residential cleanings will be very seasonal-summer only.
