Do you offer this service on it's own and if so do you charge by the hour or room, any tips? Any advice would be great.

In restaurants We charge .40 a square foot of wall. We use enzymes and peroxide wall cleaning solution. Sprayed on and wiped off. We have done some residential and we all ways tell them it may need painted after cleaning. If it were just a simple light wash down with a mixture of something like Murphy's oil then we would charge a little less , perhaps .20 to .25 a sq foot.
