My question is: What is the best way to charge for complete wash washing? I have a client that has wood paneling that is old and dry that would look soo much better if it washed then treated with a wood preservative or something else.
Any thoughts on what to charge or what to treat the wood with?
Thanks - Kathleen

I just did a cottage that was all wood and paneling. I used a flat mop and sprayed Scott's Liquid Gold wood conditioner and preservative on and went and up down the walls. The walls looked awesome when i was done!
As far as price, i would try to guessimate how long it would take you to do it x your hourly rate.
Then add it into the your cleaning rate.
This cottage was 1100 sqft. It took me 1.15 hours to do the walls.
I originally figured 2 hours of wall cleaning x $25 an hour. I added that onto my initial cleaning charge .
