I am in the process of finishing up my checklists and can't decide what I should add in for one-time cleanings. Should I just include all services that I use for initial cleanings or are there suggestions on what I might add? Both initial and one-time are priced as starting at $150, which is why I am stuck. I don't want someone asking for a one-time just to get extra services that may not be included with initial cleanings or ask for an initial because it's cheaper than a one-time then decide NOT to use me.
What does everyone else do for these? Suggestions? If needed, I can post my initial check list.
Thanks in advance, Nicole

Thanks Patti. I do all of that in my initial cleanings as well. So, I guess I will just use the same check list.
Thanks again, Nicole

Just make sure you price your initials according to each home. I am finding that a lot of the initials are taking 7 man hours to clean.

the way i charge is $24 to $25 per hour on move ins and move outs cause you give a flat rate you can lose money like it may look clean but can turn into a nightmare or be there longer the way u can do this is this takes 2 1/2 hours with 2 people charge customer for 5 hours 120.00 but since your doing extra work charge extra like clean refrigerator and stove clean front door way and and garage charge 75.00 it would 195.00 so base price on how long u think it would take 2 people to complete work like start minimum 150.00 to 250.00 thats the flat rate I charge I ran into a house that was a nightmare pizza boxes eveywhere boxes in boxes and plates with mold and laundry every were this was a studio apartment i told the customer this i going to take the hole day charge customer for washing plates but of course had gloves on I charge this customer 385.00 this house was the messes house i every ran across u could not even walk without stepping on everywere this took me 7am till 330 pm I never charge a customer this much in my life for 385.00 for a studio But the best way is charge 24 to 25 per hour the first intial cleaning and like a 3bedroom home & 2 restrooms i charge 80.00 but u have to realize u offer a lot not to many people go with u cause they can not afford so sometimes run a promotions on intial clean if they like carpets or exterior window cleaning so offer discounts with other iteams you won't loss money you will recieve lost money at the end with other extras work if any question email me mfloresclean@yahoo.com in Phoenix Arizona
