 Hi, has anyone ever cleaned a home with a central vacuum system. Going on my first residential cleaning job tommorrow and this home is equipped with one. Thanks Amy

They're very convenient and I have used one before. I didn't really care either way.
If you get houses without central (which you will, most don't have them), I find that connecting an extention cord to the vacuum cord helps in saving time having to go room to room unplugging and replugging.

Turned out to be really cool, made my job easier. Although, I am exhausted. It took me 6 hrs to clean 4000 sq ft. 2 bathrooms, 3 br upstairs, den , lr, dining room, kitchen, master bath, master br, and another bath downstairs. It feels really good to have gotten my first job out of the way.
