Just for anyone who might be interested in Clark County (Las Vegas, NV) Government Bid, I would like to share my first Clark County Government pre -bid experience happened at the County building this morning. I am in process of all BE certs: DBE, WBE, MBE, and MBED. The bid will be accepted before 3 pm, August 7, 2008. If anyone interested in, I will send you more info for the Las Vegas cleaning business owners. I had about 60 pages of all the details: specification and housekeeping information.
After brief pre-bid explanation, we, about 12 local business owner also had walk in bid with hiring manager.
The facility information as this:
Total Cleanable square footage: $39,693 sqft
Other Square Footage (tile, concrete, etc) daily service: $31,058 sqft.
Carpet Square Footage Daily Service: 8,635 sqft
Service: 6 days a week, Mon thru Sat, 9pm – 6am
Every 4 years contract and the last bid was $ 4,749 a month.
v In-house cleaning staff take care of this area cleaning
Near the pool floor, gym equipments, office equipments like tv, computer, fax, etc.
v 2 Gym ares: use mist with scrubber, no water running
v Wood floor: only dust mop
