We do a lot of one-time cleans and seasonal apartment turn-overs. Because everybody lives differently we usually charge by the hour. $25-35. per hour in upstate NY, Fingerlakes area. However, if these lofts are new with new appliances and all are in the same starting condition I would establish a charge based on size of the loft. Being insured +/or bonded would be a strong recommendation to give you credibility and protection, but you may have to adjust your pricing to reflect having insurance. We have both.
