Wondering what to charge fpr VCT floor buffing, stripping and waxing and top scrubbing per sq./ft.
I have a ball park figure so far of .07/sq. ft. for buffin. .13 sq.ft. for top scrubbing and re-coat and .23 sq. ft. for complete stripping and waxing. are these great rates and should that rate include materials or no. I have been doing floor for several companies over the last 12 years and have decided to branch in to business for myself, hoping this is a competitive price in the nc area. Any thought would be great thanks.
