Hello everyone:
I have a dilemma that seems to be appearing more this year than ever. In Connecticut, we have a lot of retirees that come up to their seasonal homes in summer.
1.) My question is, would you price the job as a move-in/move-out cleaning or a spring/fall cleanup? In my area, there is about a $100 difference in price.
Most houses are pretty well maintained but have tons of cobwebs, need linens changed and need detailed cleaning but have tons of furniture which needs to be pulled out.
I did one seasonal house last week that had about 20 years of dust behind the furniture!
2.) Would you price the exterior windows/gutters seperately?
Any suggestions appreciated....
