Please give me as much advice as possible. I have been cleaning homes a few times a week. I want to expand my business. I sent letters out to Apartment managers. I got some calls right away and I need help. What should I charge for carpets and blinds? I need to rent a rug doctor and do the blinds by hand. Do I need a contract per unit or will an estimate sheet be ok if I add a short agreement to perform the work and finish date? Is there anything else I need to do or know, to be completely prepared when I meet with the manager. I am working alone but I have a couple people lined up if necessary. Here is a copy of what I sent. The price as low as is for a small studio no carpets or blinds and of course I will need proof for the beat by 10% offer. Can someone give me some guidelines for pricing. PLEASE HELP!
