Here is a great question that I'm sure may benefit many people on here, including me.......For your house cleaning business, what would you say were the biggest reasons that you lost clients in the past? (other than the client's financial hardship and sometimes needing to stop service). Thanks! John

Hmmm, that a great question and I don't think there's a simple answer.
From my previous line of work I learnt that losing clients was due to:
Lack of living up to expectations Poor communication Re-assessment of pricing New decision maker
There are more, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head.

I'd have to say alot of the time it was because of not enough money. I lost clients before thou because they wanted more done for the money. Doreen
