Maybe some of you are doing this and some this will be an idea.
We have had calls wanting us to negotiate our prices. Then I got the idea. I would ask what type of budget they had, then I would suggest that they make a list in the order of importance to them., then we would come in for a certain amount of time and work our way down their list. Once the time was up, we would stop.Of course completing the area we started. Most on a fix budget LOVED this idea and called us back.
