Some of our residential customers are leaving us notes on the day of cleaning. They are requesting things to be done that we don't do on a every clean basic's. The other problem is they are not paying extra for these items that we do. How and is their a letter that you have made up or can you make up a letter helping me to send out to these clients telling them that we are not able to do these added items with out a 24-48 hour notice? Plus that its not included in the normal cleaning. Do you have something like that? I don't want to upset our customers. But, it's really becoming and issue and it's costing me money to clean their house!!! AUHHHHHHH!!! I know this is the place to come for great advice. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
