Hi Deanna,
Are you going to be cleaning inside cabinets, fridge, freezer, oven or anything like that. Do you have to do the windows? Need more details. Do you have to wash walls?
Thanks, Linda

Well I am not well experienced in the move out area by no means, but my starting price is $150.00 so if I were to give a quote I would probably charge around $250.00
$150.00 to start $25.00 fridge $25.00 oven $50.00 for inside windows
Hopefully someone else may hop in here, but I am guessing I am probably low on the price. Also, what about water and electric? Will you have that?

I would like to know if I am looking at this the right way when I do my calculations. I am figuring it the same way I would on an initial and then adding the rest like, fridge, stove, ect...Am I on the right path here??
Thanks, Linda

:)On the right path Linda: however, on a quote always try to visit the site first, you know why. It may be a nice clean fridge and require a wipe or it might be the fridge from hell that has things growing in it and need scraping and disinfection. Always a gamble with quick quotes, I always try to do a visit before offerring a price. Lost out too many times giving quick quotes on a client's" it's not too bad " assurance.

Move out cleaning can be hard ...I have done severall of them for a local realtor myself and go sight unseen. However, this realtor just wants to be billed, not really concerned about price. I play fair and do not price hike it up.
On the other hand, I am doing two college apts. right now and so far I have over 20 hours into just one of them....quite the mess!!! Mold and things I can't believe growing in corners and under bed and the like. I told the property manager that I am charging by the hour and she understood...she just wanted it done. My hourly rate for something as bad as that will be about $25 per hour for the part of job that was the worst and the rest will be $18-20.
Sight unseen can get you if you don't have the time nor the staff...to give to it. As for realtors just play fair and the return will be quite nice. In fact I clean for him and his co-worker now!
