You might think that the small things we do in a home goes unnoticed, but it's really the small things our customers notice. For example do you fold the TP like in the fancy hotels? When we don't fold the TP into a nice point, we have had customers that thought we didn't clean the bathroom, because the toilet was the first please she went when she got home.
Another example: When we vacuum a carpeted room we vacuum backward out of the room So that all you see is vacuum tracks. Well, after we were there the house had been broken into. The burglar had left foot prints all over that freshly vacuumed rug. They were able to get a footprint and caught the guy that had been ripping the neighbor hood off. So you see it is the little things we do makes a difference. Have a great weekend. Rusty

Hello, we leave little thank you items for new customers and every other month after that, such as candy bars, fresh baked bread, flowers, and on every visit we leave mints on the bedside table.

When I first started I left a carnation with a ribbon and thank you. I quit after aquiring more clients...the expense was too much. My employees and I recently talked about this again and we are checking into different flower shops to get a deal if we order so many a week. I was paying 1.00 plus ribbon when I first started and did not seek out a bargain as I only had two clients a week..lol One shop asked my employee...how much will your boss want to pay?
