Ever have that feeling after you strip floors, that you been ran over by a truck? But if you do a scrub and recoat, you feel fine. Why do you think this happens?

There is a lot more stress when stripping floors. You have to keep it off certain things. You have to walk on very slippery floors and use a lot more muscle than just scrubbing. You have to scrape edges. You have to lay everything out in certain sections and use a little more brain power. You have to smell stripper which in itself can take a toll. You have to have an extra bucket and mop for stripper. You have to keep floors from drying while stripper is on it. You get a lot more dirty stripping than scrubbing. Just the anticipation of the long, hard, dirty, tiresome hours can way heavy on the mind.
