Bidding on a Lounge/Restaurant??

I have been asked to bid on a new lounge/restaurant that is opening up. The place has two floors:

First floor - lounge approximately 1000' sq.

First floor - bar 2000' sq

The second floor has the same space, so it is a total of approximately 6,000 sq feet.

There are 4 large bathrooms (ladies 10 stalls, men 4 stalls & 4 urinals)

And a kitchen about 300 sq ft.

We would clean from 2am-5am - 6 days a week on the first floor and 2 days per week on the second floor.

We are responsible for mopping floors (tile and hardwood), cleaning bathrooms, cleaning bar front (not bar top), dusting, clean 2 sets of stairs.

We are thinking that it will take 2 people 3 hours each visit for 4 days and 3 people for the other two days (weekends).

We are planning to charge $3,200 per month is that too low or too high?
