My name is Taofik and I currently started Ottun's Cleaning & Maintenance Service. I have the opportunity to bid a construction site clean up and also possible future maintenance for a 12 mths contract.
The total S.F is 83,000 but 13,000 S.F. of it is being used as the shell room where the items needed to finish the facility is being stored. It is a 2 story building that needs to be cleaned and sanitized and also the windows and glasses. The office inside has glass area instead and glass door. It is a call center so the unit manger's offices are glass lots of carpet well all brand new. For a 2 STORY BUILDING what do any one of you recommend I charge for the job here in Tucson, AZ? I was going to charge $0.17c per S.F. including all the glasses for the 70,000. It might sound like greed to most of you , but I am a one man company right now so I will be the doing all the work my self at a 12hr day for 3days. Please your suggestions and advise is welcome or should I say is needed. THANK YOU!
For the rest of the 13,000 S.F area will just be a general clean up.
