Do I price Interior windows seperately. Tell me the things that should be included in this clean. I am very new at this and do not want to make a mistake of over charging or under charging which is usually the case??? Thanks Suzy

There are three types of construction cleaning, rough, final, and touch up. What stage are you in? You price everything seperate that will take labor and supplies to clean and wrap it into one proposal. Start with this thread here: usacleaning.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Commercial&thread=238There is also another way to look at this, which the general contractor will probably be more then comfortable with as he/she is probably not a spring chicken if involved in something that size. You are performing phase work at a pre determined hourly rate, your making your profit on the management of your labor and supplies. You are having the GC sign off at every phase of completion, and paying in stages.
