In order to bid on contracts for apartments and hotels, who should you contact?

For Apartments, Condos these are handled by Property Management most of the Times or at All Times. You must Join their Vendors List Program. But Careful about these. most of them does not pay good enough. Choose Wisely and Bid Wisely.

with apartment people. Make sure that you have them sign tht when you are compleated with the carpet don't walk around on the carpet but show them some. They will try not to pay. also there is invoices that you can get with saying on the back about stains and things just saying that we will get them out but it all saids that we will not be able to them all out. It is so cool. Also when you do carpet make sure that you see if there is

Apartment people are very good at trying not to pay you. All you need to do is write a letter 1 or 2 reminder that they are not paying also put on the letters the amount they owe and make sure you put that there intrest is 21% and it is going to ass intell the amount is paid in full. Quality
