Ok, do you use more commercial products or residential cleaning products when actually performing commercial cleaning?

We use all the same stuff.... but then again I only have 2 residential accounts. Our all-purpose cleaner for most jobs is Natures Orange from Home Depot @ $9.00 a gallon concentrated. The rest of our cleaners are Zep products purchased from the same place.

We use commercial brand of cleaning products. Right now, we install a proportioner in our larger accounts that actually mix the proper amount of water/chemical dilution ratio for each product. We have found this to be very efficient, have found it to be a cost savings and eliminates the employee chemist who thinks “If one once per gallon dilution is recommended then four or six ounces will really work well!”<br> Most chemical manufacturers have such a system for their product line. We use the 3M and Johnson-Diversey lie of products.

Systems are the only way to go. If you buy your chemicals form a distributor you may get the equipment for a small charge of even free depending onthe amount you buy.
Give me a call to discuss the rest (I'm a slow typest)

I USE A PROPORTIONER AT MY FACILITY IT IS FOR HOSPITAL GRADE DISINFECTANT FROM BETCO AND IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE. I WORK FROM 5-1 AND THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE DUMPING THE CHEMICAL RIGHT FROM THE BOTTLE I WAS USING 5 GALLONS A WEEK THEN I INSTALLED THE PROPORTIONER AND WE NOW USE 1-1.5 GALLONS A WEEK . THIS REALLY SAVES MONEY.

We use the Betco fastdraw system in our larger accounts, works great. We strictly use commercial cleaning chemicals.
