I have seen demo's on this and I want one pretty bad. I believe though if you got a floor scrubber with a carpet brush you can pretty much do the same thing if cost is an issue that is.

Dan you are so right. I have been lucky to do business with a friend of mine that owns a restoration company and he has been subbing out some of the cleaning to me and the money just blows me away. I just wish he would call me alot more than he does. So far I have done about a weeks worth of work and made over $3500 dollars as a sub! I would love to get with an Insurance agent that would pass the main job to me. But, good things are still happening so I'm not going to complain.

Just caught this thread and if it is still alive and the mentor program is still happening I would love to have some help. I already have found mistakes I've made just by reading some of the posts on here. I want to make my business a success for me and my family. Any help that you would offer would be greatly appreciated. I am 100% dedicated and am available anytime at this point because I don't want to rush into this and start making a bad name for my company from the start. Thanks guys.

does anyone out there have a good spread sheet that they do there bidding with? I just started out and before I jump in to the bidding wars I want to try and get as much of the business side done as i can. I have seen some of the software out there but I'm not sure I wan't to invest the money just yet. If anyone has Idea's on how to set up an excel sheet with some calculations, you would be a life saver. Thanks in advance and I would like to say that I have learned so much from the posts that I have read so far.
